The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging is a rigorous two stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

Alexia Clifford is Deputy Director of Marketing at Public Health England, an Executive Agency of the Department of Health.

Alexia has led a number of highly successful, flagship social marketing campaigns including Change4Life, which encourages millions of families in England to 'eat well, move more, live longer', Stoptober, which has helped more than 750K people to quit smoking, and Be Clear on Cancer, which has saved hundreds of lives through earlier diagnosis.

Alexia is a communications and marketing professional with more than 15 years’ experience across the public and private sector. She has an MSc in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MA in Film Studies from the University of Westminster.

Dee Cotgrove

Executive Head of Media and Communications, Met Office |

Dee Cotgrove is Executive Head of Media and Communications at the Met  Office, leading digital reach and high profile public communications ranging from heatwaves and winter storms to climate change science and pollution. Dee is passionate about reputation management and building trust through engagement,  and her teams  have won multiple awards for public communications and for use of digital and social media. 

Dee is a lead auditor for the Government Communications Service capabilty audits,  and is the Lead for the Digital Function across the Arms Length Bodies of the Department of Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy.  Dee chairs and speaks at PR and Marketing events in the UK, and at international meteorological events across Europe and USA, and is a judge for the PR Moment Awards.

Dee has previously worked in rail and retail sectors, and is a Trustee Director on the national board of Relate  - a UK Charity whose mission is to help and support relationships, primarily through counselling. With a first degree in Politics from the University of York, Dee has a professional post graduate qualification in Marketing and is a  Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.   


David Crawford

David Crawford has worked for the last 25 years in marketing and digital agencies of all shapes and sizes.  He was most recently Managing Director of Branded3, one of the UK’s leading search agencies, and has also held senior positions at McCann, BJL and twentysix.  He has worked directly with clients such as American Airlines, UPS and Bentley as well as help a couple of tech start-ups develop and deliver their digital & marketing strategies.  He now works with creative, digital and tech agencies as a Non-Exec Director, Board Advisor and Coach.

Joe Foggin

Joe is Head of Marketing (Strategic Partners) at Aviva; responsible for all elements of marketing; strategy, brand, digital, acquisition & cross-sell across a wide range of audiences and across Life and General Insurance categories.

With 18 years experience, Joe is a strategic marketer. He has worked in a number of roles in the business, including proposition development, marketing strategy & planning, channel marketing & distribution development.

Joe is a BA (Hons) Economics graduate and has a CIM Postgraduate diploma in Marketing.


Samuel Hall

Sam joined ServiceNow in April 2016 following previous high-profile Communications Leadership roles at Oracle, Vodafone, Google and McAfee. Prior to his in-house career Sam held a number of senior management roles within leading Brand and Communication agencies.

Dermot Kelleher

Director of Marketing and Business Intelligence, |

Dermot is a multi-disciplined marketing professional with 17+ years’ experience driving customer acquisition and consumer awareness for digital businesses. In his current role at he leads a very talented team of 11 people with responsibility for all aspects of trade and consumer marketing including SEO and PPC, web analytics, eCRM, brand/product positioning, media planning and creative campaign execution - all driven by customer insight. 

Prior to, Dermot was in the digital strategy team at DMG Media, working with brands such as Jobsite,, Evening Standard, Metro and Teletext Holidays amongst others.

Outside of work, Dermot spends most of his time trying to persuade his two sons that they should become Spurs fans like him.

Alexandra Lewis

Having been adamant that she would not follow in her dad’s footsteps into the insurance industry, Alex has now spent 15 years passionately communicating why the industry is exciting! 

As International Head of Marketing & Communications for leading reinsurance broker Aon Benfield, Alex is responsible for developing strategies and delivering thought-provoking campaigns. In practice, this is all about motivating colleagues and boosting engagement; developing and supporting growth initiatives by promoting innovative products; and building a differentiated brand in a competitive marketplace. 

With both agency and in-house experience, Alex’s skillset ranges from PR and international communications to events, digital and thought leadership, bringing these all together for integrated marketing campaigns.

Alex has spent eight years in the reinsurance realm at Aon Benfield and previously was Media Relations Manager for Aon UK and Marketing Executive at an insurance-specialist marcomms agency.

Lukasz Zelezny


Lukasz Zelezny is the head of organic acquisition at, a UK based price comparison website with offices in London. Leading his team, he is responsible for the brand’s organic visibility, conversion rate, traffic and engagement. Lukasz is a hands-on person; he spends lots of his time keeping up to date with the changes in the technology of online marketing.

Lukasz started his career in 2005 and has since been responsible for the organic performance of a number of companies including HomeAway, Thomson Reuters, The Digital Property Group and Fleetway Travel.

 He is a graduate from the Silesian University of Technology with a BA in Marketing.

In 2015 he traveled 75,000 km speaking at many SEO and social media conferences including ClickZ Shanghai China, ClickZ Jakarta Indonesia, SiMGA Malta, SES London in United Kingdom as well as conferences held in Europe; Marketing Festival in Brno, Brighton SEO in Brighton, UnGagged in London. Every year he is actively participating in 10 to 20 events as a SEO/Social Media keynote speaker. Additionally, he organizes workshops where he is sharing tips around SEO, Social Media and Analytics.
